decrease the amount of time for a schedulerefresh from daily to seconds?

Wondering why data from Azure Table Storage can only be refreshed daily, when using Power BI Desktop. Telemetry data is near real-time. Why not make the refresh from Table Storage real-time, or a lot closer than 24 hours?
