Use Descriptions entered on items in Model View in the hover tooltips in chart visualizations

The descriptions I put in Model View for every column of my data sources would be more beneficial if they would surface in chart visualizations.  We maintain a completely separate tab on our reports where we type in a description for every column or measure so report consumers can understand the every value on a every visual - which could be eliminated if descriptions showed up in the hover bubbles
