Update R Runtime from 3.4.4 - outdated by 2+ years

Currently, Power BI is running Microsoft R 3.4.4 which was released in April 2018. This is significantly outdated, making R visuals within Power BI useless as developers are using updated versions of R and its packages. Per Microsoft's very own GitHub page (linked below), R 4.0.2 is available as of September 2020. At the very least, get us up and running with R 3.5.0 (June 2018). How have 5 updates over the past 2 years been ignored? https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-r-open/releases

It is running behind a good bit, this should be something of a priority.

It's becoming more and more difficult to work with R in Power BI. For me this is very annoying, because it is one of the features which puts Power BI before it's competitor Qlik

This is borderline incompetent. Why offer a "feature" that is so difficult to use that's it's practically useless. Please make it clear what R runs in PowerBI service and what doesn't. This trial and error after publishing is ridiculous.
