Background: I went to create a pipeline to pull data from QuickBooks Online. I started with a Fabric pipeline and CopyData activity. Under Source, I went to create a new connection and searched for "Quickbooks" under All. None were found. I abandonded Fabric and went with classic Azure Data Factory as I KNOW they have a Quickbooks Online connector. A month later I discover that you can go to Manage Connections and Gateways, and THERE you can create a QuickBooks Online connector.
The idea: Make it so that EVERY connection type available in either Pipeline CopyData or Manage Connections and Gateways is available everywhere else.
