After viewing a graph and then returning to the report, the tabs are missing. This is an issue on IE and Chrome.

We are also seeing this in Firefox as well as IE and Chrome. The tabs come back only after the entire report is reloaded.

It also happens when clicking the "Back to Report" to exit from the Focus mode.
