Table.TransformColumnTypes to be more flexible in converting data

Table.TransformColumnTypes function has many restrictions on the format of the data to be converted from, and depending on the data content, the conversion may fail and an error may occur.

It would be great if the Table.TransformColumnTypes function had an option to convert input containing time, such as “24/12/13 12:00”, to a date type without error.
