Support timeout and kill session for Pure Python notebooks

Please add support for:

  • configurable session timeout for Pure Python notebooks
  • explicit session termination after notebook completion

This would improve capacity efficiency, operational control, and make Pure Python notebooks easier to use in scheduled and automated workloads.
