Set alerts to a web hook url

Be able to set an 'alerts' to an arbitrary URL that would POST when fired. Similar to firing off a MS Flow based on an 'alerts'.

Unfortunate this idea doesn't have more traction. We'd like to utilize webhooks for enabling some automated administration of our Power BI resources. The types of events we'd like to see are those pertaining to events in the Power BI service, such as a report being added/updated.
