Separate sharepoint groups from app workspaces

Currently all app work spaces created are linked across all of O365, this can cause a major organizational issue when trying to create apps. Office 365 already makes SharePoint groups clunky and overwhelming as any user can create a group which then creates a SharePoint site as well as a team. It would be helpful to reduce this as much as possible as well as making app work spaces more useful to the report developer.
