Select which data labels to display in all charts

A feature request was completed to add the ability to turn on and off individual data labels for a line chart, but this is still not possible for a Line and Clustered Column Chart. Please add this functionality for all charts and not just Line Chart.

I fail to understand why something as simple as this has yet to be included in this tool. This is contrary to good visual management to clutter up a visualization with unnecessary labeling muddying the story the visualization is meant to support.
