Secure Connection Usage from Workspaces

If we have three workspaces for dev, uat and production. Each workspace has connections to different dev, uat and production sources.

Currently all connections are available to all workspaces assuming the user has access to the workspace and connection.

This however means a Dev workspace can use a Production connection.

We need to be able to secure the connections from use in certain workspaces so we can prevent the production connections being used in any workspace that is not a production workspace.
