Report export options for the powerbi embedded reports in an application

Please provide the ability to export reports/dashboards that are embedded into an application.

MS claims there is an API do to this yet there are NO screenshots or sample working code. The whole concept of "visual" reports is to present a visual snapshot of the state of affairs to leadership within an organization. Even the non-embedded export option sucks. All it does it snap a screenshot and drop it in a a PDF or PPTX. You can't even export a simple page report.

This functionality is native to the Power BI environment, so it should be available to be exposed in an embedded report, assuming that the right security and access is granted. Making everyone program something that does the same thing millions of times around the world seems a waste of effort.
