Having seen a screenshot of this revolutionary new feature at https://support.powerbi.com/knowledgebase/articles/471200-change-the-aggregation-in-a-chart-sum-average-m , I would like to use it-- I don't see it in the current version of Power BI. What am I missing?

Lack of Do not summarize means I can't do a simple scatter plot of value vs value (no aggregation needed)

I can set the default summarization to "Do not summaraize", but it doesn't actually seem to have any effect. Any suggestions?

Hi Will, I do see the Do Not Summarize option in the ribbon now. But setting that flag, removes the sigma (Sum). However, when I create a scatter plot and drag the field to the X axis, it goes back to taking the count, and not the actual values. I have tried making the column type "text", but that only helps me remove the sigma (sum) automatically from the field, but when I drag and drop the field to the X axis, it goes back to the count. I don’t want to use the count or sum, but I want to use the raw values by themselves. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

I agree with shankar v. Setting the flag in the ribbon does not change the behaviour in a chart. I need the ability to plot the raw values Thanks

This feature does not work... you can set the field to do not summaries, but if you add it to a chart or scatter it gets summarized anyway, regardless - and when you click on the field in the chart properties there is no do not summarize option in there... ribbon feature is useless if not honored by the controls

I agree this does not work for eg scatter plot, still agregating values...

Same here, setting the default to "Do not summarize" has no impact when the column is selected for visuals. It still gets summarized

This still doesn't seem to be an option. However my workaround for my finance sheet to show the Balance value was to make sure the data was formatted as Currency and then use Average. Not ideal but works.
