Power BI desktop viewer for user within intranet

Please add power bi viewer feature which will open .pbix in read only mode and show only report not data table and relationship in offline (Intranet). This viewer may be desktop based which help to basic offline user those who don't have internet facilities. Something like this: https://documentation.devexpress.com/#Dashboard/CustomDocument15348

Good idea to have offline capabilities with a viewer client. Some customers are asking for such possibilities, e.g. viewing a report during a flight. Maybe pbix file is to insecure to share as it can be opened and modified with PBI Desktop as well RLS is not restricting the data in PBI Desktop. Maybe a new oofline viewer file format which takes security aspects into consideration would be good.
