Parent / Child hierarchies... Function to validate if record is at deepest level

A quick idea here... We often need to restrict some calculations at the deepest level of a hierachy...

While we are able to do this validation using VAR instructions and all, it would SO MUCH simpler to have access to a ISPARENT()  or ISDEEPEST() function in order to do this validation.
