Obtain a list of all Data flow refresh start time and end time in work space in Power BI Service without using API

Currently We can able to Obtain Dataset Refresh History By using API. We Need to Obtain a list of all Dataflow refresh start time and end time in workspace. It will be very helpful if Power BI Implements this feature.
