New visual to represent Projects within a portfolio

The idea would be to be able to visualise all projects from a portfolio, in some sort of matrix, in which the projects are classified per size and per phase... the background behind the project name could also be the colour of its current RAG status. My company is currently doing it manually using PowerPoint, but I have a picture I can share to give a better idea of my suggestion. Thanks
