Manual Refresh of Entire Dataset that is managed by Incremental Refresh

We need the ability to kick off a manual refresh of the entire dataset that is managed by Incremental Refresh. This issue comes up frequently and it would save hours of time if we just had a button that accomplished this in the dataset in the PBI workspace.
