Legend with multiple values in all bar and line charts

In all bar and line charts in Power BI, at present we can use only one value with a legend. If we add two values in the values field, then we cannot use legend value. We need to use multiple values split using legend value. This method will be useful for comparing values.

First legend should create clusters (as in Cluster Column Chart) while the second legend should create stackes (as in Stacked Column Chart). I would need to have different colours for legend values for stackes and you should choose if the columns in one cluster would be the same or different in every cluster/column).
