Include Reports/Dashboards from Multiple Workspaces in One App
Similar to ideas around creating multiple apps from one workspace, it would be very beneficial to have the ability to create a high-level app that includes reports from multiple workspaces. For example, our executive team would like to see specific reports from sales, accounting, and fields ops in one app instead of navigating to three different apps/workspaces to view the appropriate reports.

- therese_devineNew MemberI believe this is important and missing. We have numerous levels of users. Depending on your role you can have permissions to view xy data but all users can view x data (e.g. time data). It does not make sense to architect a time only report to share with all versus one report for management that has a tab for x time data and then all the y data that only they get access to. Currently, there is no way to share a tab/group of measures/template of tables & data model. Too much rework and maintenance across the board.
- jgilbe19New MemberWorkspaces should have two environments. One for QA/Staging, and another for Production. Only the admin can promote dashboards/reports to Production. The data sets do not change in Production until the admin has promoted the dashboard/report.

- emarsonNew MemberThis is definitely something vital for our business given the different levels that require visibility of performance across different business units across the organisation.
- pia4356New MemberWe ended up not using the native powerbi.com interface for our users to access reports as we found that they were completely lost in among the 20 odd reports with about 4-5 pages each. We built a 'menu' .pbix report using a matrix visual using data from a table which has the fields category, menu item, URL. The data from the table is displayed on the page in the 'menu' .pbix report. Now our users only need to save one URL as their favorite. And if we change the location of reports, we don't need to send updates to the users as we just update the URLs in the menu table and republish the menu. Works like a dream and it looks like we built a new web based application!
