In Power Query, provide method to duplicate t-SQL DateDiff functionality

There is no clean, 100% correct way to derive Duration in Months or Quarters or Years in PowerQuery. We need one that respects 28/29/30/31-day months & leap years, similar to t-SQL DateDiff functionality
