How to compare every cell from a colum with another colum in PowerBI

Hi guys, I'm trying to compare every cell from a columm with another columm. I'm used to work with Excel, where the formula countifs was perfect to get what I need. I've tried with countx but it didn't compare each value with the full colum, it only takes the value and compares it with the value in the same row. Does anybody have any idea?
