Fabric Data Pipeline: Fixes to Upsert in Copy Activity

The Copy Activity has the Upsert option that is currently in preview (Fabric).

I found that it has 2 bugs:

  1. Dynamic destination: If you try and use this, it results in no updates happening. I logged a support ticket for this, and it was agreed that setting dynamic destination is buggy and not functional at all.
  2. Mapping only a few columns from source to destination results in the non-mapped columns all being set to NULL. Of course non mapped columns should just not be touched, thats the point of not mapping them.
