Extract all SharePoint list versions

We would like to be able to extract all SharePoint record versions in a list. The current connector only displays the most current version of the record in SharePoint. We would like to be able to pull older versions of the records also. This way we could do analysis on things like 'How long has the record been in this status' or 'When was the record assigned to this person'.
