Export Data: add another option to Options\Current File\Report Settings\Export Data

Allow finer control over how many of the three options appear when you click on Export Data.

Currently we have:

1. show nothing
2. allow all 3 options
3. allow current layout and summarized data

What I would like is to be able to tick the ones I want. There is a bug with summarized data which shows underlying column names and I want to exclude that. See link below. You could just fix the bug but giving finer control here is I think a good improvement.

Ideally there should also be granular control at the visual level as well as at the report level. That would give developers much greater control over the content that users could access.

(PS: there's no Image Upload button here, and the Weblink button doesn't work!)
