Expand Power BI REST API - Groups (Workspaces)

Expand the Power BI  Create and Update Groups REST API to permit all options available in the UI

I'd like to automate the creation of Power BI Workspaces. However, this is difficult as the REST API doesn't support many of the options available in the UI when creating workspaces, such as setting the description, contact list and many of the others.
