Eventstream weather source, make input location part of the output message format

At this moment, the weather source data messages are not relatable to the original location they are generated for.

Make the inputted location of the Eventstream weather source part of the output message format.

This way, retrieving the weather data from multiple locations can be handled in a single Eventstream while data from one location is not mixed with data from other locations.
