Establish Separate PowerBI Administrator Role

We love that PowerBI is managed through our O365 interface but one problem we have is you can't manage PowerBI unless you are company administrator for O365. This causes delays if you have an IT team that maintains strict control and aren't trained to manage PowerBI. It makes sense that a specific PowerBI Administrator role be integrated so that users who operate the product don't have to reach out to other teams or have elevated domain wide rights to service this one platform.

This is a showstopper for us in getting access to audit logs and as a team who is going to support Power BI, administrator should get access to all content without any restrictions. You should know what users are doing to assist them better.
