Enable saving of a dataflow even if a refresh has occured during editing

If, during editing of a dataflow, a refresh is performed, it is not possible to save your changes, you have to close the editor and restart the editing. In the future, it would be preferable to either allow saving a changed dataflow even if it was refreshed, or disable refreshing during editing.
