Enable data transformations with Python without gateway

Once the data is loaded,  the table would be available to being transformed using Python Scripts. 

Power Query is great, but the lack of some functions sometimes is frustrating and within the app growth, the complexity increases and there's a point where the Power Query cannot handle the requirements.

The requirement for gateway creates some barriers to some organization to adopt.
