Enable Mirrored Databases SQL Write Operations

Restricting Fabric Mirror Databases to read-only is a huge limitation that limits users abilities to manage the database in certain ETL operations to it.  Stored Procedures are very limited if you can't write to the database.  Allowing write operations would expand the use cases for a Mirrored Database immensely.
