Easy way to find errors in visuals and columns/measurements

I make changes in my Power BI reports a lot. New features sometimes make old formulas redundant or a new year dataset makes a formula go haywire. Although you get can easily see in the query editor if there is an error, this is not the case at the front. A lot of my measurements and columns etc. are not done in the query editor. I have to manually visit every tab or open every table to see if there is an error after a change. It would be very usefull if there is something that makes it easier to see all the visuals and columns/measurements that have an error.
