Dynamic y axis based on other graphs

Hi,

As per the standards created, many a times we would want to set the axis dynamically such that one axis should be 12x of other graphs. These requirements usually come when we want to see 2 graphs simultaneously , one at month level and other at yearly level. Can we have a feasibility where we can pass the formula as a dax.
