Dynamic conditional formatting

Instead of hardcoding a number to use on formatting a table, allow users to use a measure/calculation (DAX) to format dynamically a table.

I agree and can't believe this isn't available. I've moved across from SSRS where this is all available through expressions so why not in Power BI? I'm working on a data warehouse project and need to compare my fact KPI's against thresholds stored in my dimension tables. Need this desperately!!

I can not believe that this was missed. Come on Microsoft. This is too basic to not have. Even in Excel we can enter a formula. Excel had this since the beginning. This should be easy to add. Hope it is very soon!
