Design option for checkbox of slicer

We need the option to control the color of the slicer checkbox when an item is selected. The default has a dark color that is almost not visible when using a dark background color for the slicer.

This has got to be a line of code to implement. please have the checkboxes default to font color.... please. please. please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its 2025, come on Microsoft. Most of us would be happy with it to default to font color if we can't have full control over color scheme. As everyone else said, this make doing a 'dark mode' style dashboard difficult to navigate as a user.
