Data Refresh: make the dashboard creation process more automated!

I have a dashboard on which I show some values and metrics regarding specific customers. I have scheduled an automatic data refresh from a blob: once a day we refresh our data. If a new customer comes up in our data (from our table in the blob) would be possible to automatically make it showing up also in the dashboard (without any needs to manually pin the new customer value and the relative visualization from the report to the dashboard)?
