Copy / Duplicate a measures from the field well

In the field well I would find it very useful to be able to right click over an existing measure and copy/duplicate measure in order to quickly create a modified version of the original measure.

I totally agree with that idea. Today I had the problem that I calculated multiple values in ranges. From 0 - 50 and from 50 - 100 and from 100 - 200 and so on. It would have been easier just to copy and paste the measures and edit only the parameters.

This is related to https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/17554678-bulk-editing-for-columns-measures-in-pbi-desktop At least as part of a general theme of being able to edit larger numbers of measures more efficiently.

Yes, this would be very useful. I have a date table with a series of calculated columns and then associated measures. I commonly want to copy this setup across to new report files.

This for moving measures would be awesome. And yes, the format copy would be excellent, especially when the process is long for each, especially when you've got a lot going on in the pbix and it's starting to lag.

yes please, just a simple right click and a duplicate selection, same name and then a (2) or whatever after it, just like Duplicate in PowerQuery
