Conditional Formatting of Row Headers in Matrix

Please vote for this idea if you also want to be able to conditionally format the row headers in a matrix.

There are seven proposed ideas just on the first page of search results for "matrix row header conditional format" that are asking for the same thing - the ability to apply a conditional format to row and column headers apart from the formatting applied to the matrix values. Those seven ideas have 266 votes at the time I'm writing this in addition to the 119 votes on this idea. Can we get these merged to escalate the visibility on this idea?

It is already 2023... is there an update? I only can color the value and total. Not ROWS/ROWS HEADER please microsoft. We still want to stay with your apps

This functionality comes as standard is other BI visualisation tools. Why not in Power BI???
