Close task flow view once for all workspaces and forever

Currently, when I open any workspace, the "task flow" stuff takes at least half of the screen.

I do not plan to use it and would be super helpful if we could just close it forever.

Indeed, this is very annoying if you do not use task flow. We have reporting workspaces and etl workspaces. For front end workspaces, there will never be a taskflow. So we would want to disable it for certain workspaces by default
