Allow Data Extract from web using dynamic web page - Example Tracking Information from Fedex

Lets say for instance I have a datasource that contains tracking numbers for FedEx, allow Power BI to edit the connection to the webpage that contains changeable URL

I'm wanting to click on the tracking number and have it open in a web browser.

It would also be great if Power BI could pull Tracking info from Carrier's web site, like delivery status, delivery date, signed for by, etc, for use in the data model.
