Add options to PowerBI.com to align report items

Please add the options to PowerBI.com to align and position report items, the way it works in Power BI Desktop. There is a great ribbon section in Power BI Desktop called "Arrange". We really miss that when editing reports in PowerBI.com.

Since it is currently not the best strategy to edit reports in the Service, I'm removing my votes.
