Add filter feature in publish to web

publish to web is a great feature but in publish to web mode lost filter feature

It gives you wrong information if the filter for publish to web doesn't exist. I.e. bring all dataset records and ignore all the work that has been done to filter out the data and the DAX based on these applied filters.
