Add filter feature in publish to web

publish to web is a great feature but in publish to web mode lost filter feature

Much needed function.

Imagine wanting to publish the same report on several pages with a specific filter for each page.

By having a filter on the publish to Web URL it would enable my to have a QR code that our social housing tenants could scan that takes them to the filtered URL so that could view all outstanding repair / maintenance jobs associated with the appartment block they live in.
