Ability to convert yyyymmdd Text to Date Values

Would be realy cool if I can have the ability to automaticaly convert Text in a yyyymmdd form to Date Values. At the Moment, I have to prepare a Text Column "zeitwert_aussprache" with values like 20160530 first with a custom column and a formula like Text.End([zeitwert_aussprache],2)&"."&Text.Range([zeitwert_aussprache],4,2)&"."&Text.Start([zeitwert_aussprache],4) before I can convert it to da date Values like 30.05.2016
