API with rowlevelsecurity

There is no GET in the API to get data about RLS user access (rowlevelsecurity).

It's really cool to see assigned accesses to datasets for each user according to roles. The response must include the group ID, the dataset ID, the role name, the user's mailing address, and a link to view the report in the user role.
