Two-step authentication failed

Hi, I have an account managed by G-Suite and I use it to login to powerbiweb and I used two-step verification to log into the account, but I had my phone stolen and I can't log into the powerbi account anymore, I can log into my G-suite account, but not into the powerbi account, how do I do it, I already tried it, but it only helps to change the password, and when I log in, it keeps trying to get two, I haven't set up another login method, just this one.

Probably looks like a security issue rather than Power BI one. I think you should raise a ticket with the MS team so they can reset your 2 step authentication.

I already tried to open a ticket but you need to be logged in to open it

Gotcha! Then probably ask one of your colleagues or PBI Admin to raise one on your behalf.
