I forgot my password and lost the device with the authenticator app
Hi Team, I forgot the password of my admin account and I am unable to reset the password since I have lost the device in which the authenticator app was installed. I am the only one using the work/organization account, so doesn't it effectively mean I am the admin of that account? Hi Team, This is my personal ID. I also have a work/organization account however I forgot the password of that account. I am unable to reset the password of my account since two-step verification was turned on through the Authenticator App but I have lost my phone in which the Authenticator was set-up.
