We are looking to track what custom visuals are being used in what reports. I found an old article but my admin couldn't find "Manage Custom Visuals", just "Organization Visuals" which is not the same thing.

What is the best way for us to find these visuals so we can contact the report owners?

You can use the scanner API to harvest report components. The data for custom visuals is in the pbix zip files, so it may not be possible to harvest all of these.
At a minimum we need to see what reports have a custom visual in use and the owner(s) of that report. Ideally we'd like to see which specific visual is custom and information on that visual (created by, certified, etc.) so our security team can vet what is being used
