Service Email Subscription Sharing

Is it possible for users to add recipients to an email subscription within the service to keep the rls enforced? When I add recipients, it removes the rls since I'm an admin. The message I get from a test user account is "You are unable to add recipients since you are not the report owner". I know that each user can succesfully manually share their report in outlook however I'm looking for an automatic subcription-like solution.

RLS is supported when you add users to the subscription, except the image that is generated and attached to the email

Please check, otherwise I recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft.

thank you, I believe you've helped me narrow my question down. Users have to be a viewer to have RLS enforced however viewers (only admins, contribs, & members) cannot subscribe others besides themselves. I am looking for feedback to solve this issue.
