SendGrid get Data

Hi,

When I want to connect SendGrid as an app, it says that it can't connect to the service. 

 

This is my error message :

We couldn't install SendGrid
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Message: The credentials provided for the SendGrid source are invalid. (Source at SendGrid.)

The error message is clear. Please check your credential. Seems it autofills something. But you need to update it.

That's exacly what I thought, but I don't find any place where to change my credentials because it log me in automatically...

Hi @sgauthiertrembl,

 

Do you mean you already installed the App before? If so, there could be two ways to apply a new credential.

1. Change the credential in the Settings of Dataset. Please refer to the snapshot below. It's an example.

2. Reinstall it with new credential.

Hi @v-jiascu-msft,

I tried that too, but it didn't work... Is it because my SendGrid account is not the admin one (I have a "normal" account) or the problem come from the Power BI side ?
